• Messages you send me through Etsy.
• Automatic data handled by Etsy (payment info, device data, cookies). I do not receive your full payment details; Etsy processes payments.

I use your information only when necessary:
• To fulfill your order and provide support (contract).
• To comply with laws such as tax and accounting (legal obligation).
• To improve my products and prevent fraud/abuse (legitimate interests, balanced with your rights).
• Marketing (only if you explicitly opt in on Etsy; you can withdraw consent at any time).

4) Sharing of Information

I share your data only as needed to run the shop and comply with the law:
• Etsy: to process orders, payments, downloads, and communications (see Etsy’s own Privacy Policy).
• Service providers: limited use—for example, secure file storage or email service—bound by confidentiality and used only to perform services for me.

I do not sell your personal information.

• Order records and invoices: up to 7 years for tax and accounting.
• Etsy messages/support: up to 2 years after resolution, unless I must keep them longer for legal reasons.
