Privacy Policy — No Hype AI

This policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with No Hype AI on Etsy. I sell digital downloads only.

1) Data Controller
For EU/UK privacy laws, the data controller is No Hype AI (contact: Etsy Messages → Contact shop owner).

2) Information I Collect
Order information you provide to Etsy at checkout (name, email address, billing address, purchased items).
Messages you send me through Etsy.

Automatic data handled by Etsy (payment info, device data, cookies). I do not receive your full payment details; Etsy processes payments.

3) Why I Use Your Information (Legal Bases)
I use your information only when necessary:
To fulfill your order and provide support (contract).
To comply with laws such as tax and accounting (legal obligation).
To improve my products and prevent fraud/abuse (legitimate interests, balanced with your rights).
Marketing (only if you explicitly opt in on Etsy; you can withdraw consent at any time).

4) Sharing of Information
I share your data only as needed to run the shop and comply with the law:

Etsy: to process orders, payments, downloads, and communications (see Etsy's own Privacy Policy).
Service providers: limited use — for example, secure file storage or email service — bound by confidentiality and used only to perform services for me.
Legal compliance: to comply with a lawful request, court order, or tax/audit requirement.

I do not sell your personal information.

Order records and invoices: up to 7 years for tax and accounting.
Etsy messages/support: up to 2 years after resolution, unless I must keep them longer for legal reasons.
